Not sure who your landlord is?
Check your tenancy agreement, or any letter about your rent. If you pay rent to a council you are a council tenant. If you pay a housing association, you are a housing association tenant and Awaab's Law applies to you in exactly the same way. If you pay a private individual or a letting agent, see what applies to private renters.
